The Nightmare Realm Family Fun Day 2025
The Nightmare Realm proudly presents a special Family Day Indoor Trick-or-Treating Event for one day only on 31st October from 12 PM to 2 PM!
In response to popular demand for a safe and fun environment for children to celebrate Halloween, The Nightmare Realm has transformed into a friendly version, closing its mazes and opening the doors to Halloweentown, a spooky yet family-friendly village where friendly characters are excited to celebrate Halloween with you!
Although designed with younger children in mind, this fully indoor, accessible event welcomes visitors of all ages and abilities.
Expect an afternoon of spooky but not scary fun, filled with costume competitions, pumpkin stencilling, face painting, balloon animals, dancing, and delicious food. Capture the memories with green screen photo fun, and don’t forget, free pumpkins for all children (T&Cs apply)!

How to Find The Nightmare Realm – The Royal Liver Retail Park
Luas Take the Red Line to Kylemore Stop. It’s just about a two-minute walk to the main entrance along Old Naas Road. You’ll be able to enter the Royal Liver Retail Park through the pedestrian gate right by the Luas stop!
Dublin Bus The nearest bus stops are Naas Road (near Kylemore Luas Stop) served by routes 13, 68/a, 69, 69x, 151, and S4, about a five-minute walk to the entrance. Also, Walkinstown Avenue (at the Naas Road junction) served by routes 18 and 79, about a seven-minute walk. You’ll enter the Royal Liver Retail Park through the pedestrian gate by the Luas stop!
Car
If you’re driving, enter through the main vehicle entrance on Old Naas Road. There’s free parking on-site, and from there it’s just a short walk to the entrance!
